Dr. Jason C. Bourne, B Sc, DC
Dr. Jason is a chiropractor and co-owner of Discover Health Centre in both London and Exeter, Ontario. Born and raised in Deux-Montagnes, Quebec, Dr. Jason did his undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal. At the age of 15, Dr. Jason suffered a volleyball injury that was helped by chiropractic. From that experience, he decided that chiropractic was what he wanted to do. He then went to the founding school of chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, where he met Dr. Nancy.
Dr. Jason offers a variety of chiropractic techniques which include both manual and instrument adjusting. He is proud to provide the most up to date Multiple Impulse Therapy via the PulstarFRAS. Dr. Jason was the first chiropractor in Ontario to offer this chiropractic treatment, to date there is only 9 in Canada. The PulstarFRAS (Fixation Recording and Analysis System) is a computer guided spinal analysis and adjustment. The instrument utilizes precision controlled, low force multiple impulses to provide a gentle adjustment. This is very different in comparing other techniques. The computer analyzes your spine with a gentle tap and displays the areas of your spine that need to be treated. Using the computer, the chiropractor adjusts your spine with multiple low force taps. A post analysis of your spine is then taken to confirm the correct adjustment took place. The PulstarFRAS is able to store your visits and graph your treatment progress, so that you can compare one treatment to the next to see the improvement that has been attained. Dr. Jason is proud to be the most experienced practitioner of this technique in Ontario.
Dr. Jason enjoys spending his free time with Nancy, his children Brooke and Evan, and his redbone coonhound Penny. He loves the outdoors; walking, running, cycling, swimming in the pool, skiing or boating.

Rebecca Coyne
Rebecca Coyne has degrees in Political Science and Law, and spent 6 years practicing as a commercial litigation lawyer in Toronto. However, it was the birth of her first child, in 2002, that awakened her passion for breastfeeding. After an unsuccessful and emotionally devastating experience trying to nurse her son, Rebecca discovered that the health care providers she and other new mothers where relying upon frequently had little or no lactation specific education. Rebecca began to take an interest in the many experiences of family and friends whose pediatricians could only recommend bottles and formula as a way to “fix” the simplest of breastfeeding issues.
When expecting her second child, Rebecca contacted world famous breastfeeding expert and pediatrician Dr. Jack Newman and obtained his recommendation for a lactation consultant. The support of a lactation specialist made all the difference and Rebecca and her daughter went on to experience a wonderful breastfeeding relationship. It was this positive experience that inspired her to begin taking lactation courses, most notably at the Newman Breastfeeding Clinic and Institute (NBCI), and to establish Mums Rea Breastfeeding Support in London Ontario in 2007.
Currently, Rebecca is preparing to sit the International Board of Lactation Consultants examination, which leads to registration as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
Rebecca's practice in lactation support focuses on providing women with an honest and evidence based hands-on approach to addressing and preventing common and complex breastfeeding challenges. Mothers can access pre and post natal guidance and education in their home, at the clinic, on the phone or through email.
On the home front, Rebecca delights in homeschooling her two children and her chocolate Labrador Kona. The family especially enjoys pizza and pajama movie nights and attending church at Harvest Bible Chapel in London. Rebecca says, even the worst day at home with her kids is infinitely better than the best day practicing law............
